  • Monitor and execute the entire recruitment and selection process ;
  • Set up the best sourcing strategy ;
  • Coordinate recruitment programming and execution ;
  • Screen, interview and place workers ;
  • Plan and organize recruitment campaigns.

Required profile for job ad : Recruitment Officer

  • Bachelor degree in HR management ;
  • 2 years of experience minimum in a similar position ;
  • Curious and energetic ;
  • Team spirit ;
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills.
