People Operations Specialist

Job description

We are looking for a People Ops Specialist to join our team! The People Experience team works towards enabling Superside to build the future of global online work. We craft a delightful people journey that maximizes Supersider engagement and optimizes Supersider retention.
People Ops is one of the three teams in People Experience and keeps track of multiple processes, focusing heavily on onboarding and offboarding workflows, going from contracts to accounts to systems to automation. Ultimately, we ensure people are enabled to thrive in Superside by keeping everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage Supersider contracts and statements of work
  • Orchestrate our onboarding and offboarding workflows
  • Administrate on all our people systems and keep them up to date
  • Manage our health insurance and background checks
  • Conduct audits to ensure our data is always accurate
  • Build reports based on our people data to answer key questions from leaders across the company
  • Orchestrate onboarding sessions for new hires by setting up calendars and liaising with speakers
  • Update and maintain our main KPI dashboards
  • Coordinate monthly company-wide town halls
  • Maintain and improve our Zapier automations

Required profile for job ad : People Operations Specialist What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • You are amazing at organization and can keep track of multiple tasks and processes simultaneously.
  • You are process-oriented and have a knack for process improvements.
  • Solid understanding of Google Sheets
  • Nice to have experience using Slack or other similar instant messaging tools in the context of work
  • Experienced with remote working, administrating a global and high-volume workforce
  • Nice to have experience with Zapier and automations
  • Attentive to detail and obsessed about data quality
  • Over-communicative and highly responsive
  • Experience with HRIS systems
