  • Answer incoming inquiries ;
  • Manage appointment calendars ;
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail ;
  • Coordinate office activities and operations ;
  • Undertake administrative tasks ;
  • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members ;
  • Prepare presentations and reports.

Required profile for job ad : Office Administrator

  • Bachelor’s degree ;
  • 3 years of experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role ;
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills ;
  • Strong communication skills.
