JOB PURPOSE:
Maximize the sales opportunities of all PRG range products and ensure efficient value-added services to all customers within the specialized pharmaceutical channels such as Public, Private and Quasi institutions within Ghana, through continuous field work in line with PRG’s sales policies to achieve set target. Ensure the prompt collections of receivables to facilitate enhanced and continuous sales opportunities.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Detail PRG Product to prescribes and other health care Practitioners.
- Responsible for achievement of sales target assigned.
- Create demand/ awareness for all PRG brands and sustains loyalty of customers.
- Identifies, performs due diligence and recommends for registering prospective clinics, hospitals and allied health facilities in line with company strategy.
- Advise management on competitor’s activities and general market trends from time to time.
- Submit periodic (weekly/monthly) field intelligence, detailing and performance reports.
- Investigate and respond to all complaints on products quality and damaged products and make suitable recommendations.
- Provide input for setting of realistic targets.
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of all company products.
- Play an active role in Pharmacovigilance and the redress of complaints.

- Good communicator with excellent relationship skills.
- Effectively work with Microsoft Office Applications.

Required profile for job ad : Medical Representative Educational Qualification and Relevant Experience
- Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree.
- Minimum Four years Sales and Marketing experience in related field and industry.
- A graduate degree in marketing and / or work experience in the field of marketing in the health sector would be an advantage.
