Head of HR

We are looking for profiles and CVs of Heads of HR that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Duties

• Lead HR projects ;
• Implement HR strategy ;
• Coordinate employee development initiatives ;
• Oversee all HR systems and tactic ;
• Oversee the recruitment process
• Lead the organization’s HR departments ;
• Respond to questions or complaints from employees.

Required profile for job ad : Head of HR

• Bachelor or Master degree in HR ;
• Proven experience as Head of HR ;
• Good knowledge of labor legislation ;
• Leadership abilities ;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
