Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations and engagement

• Drive training and development

• Manage performance and succession planning

• Manage compensation, benefits and compliance with labour laws

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Master's Degree in HR plus an international HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHRi, etc)

• Minimum of 10 years experience in HR in an international hotel, with at least 5 years in leadership

• Proven international exposure anc cultural adaptability

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in HR software and tools

• High level of integrity and confidentiality

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Passion for hospitality and service excellence
